GitHub’s default use of GPT-4.1 is incredibly stupid (unless they want users to think this feature is just a quirk). Even Haiku has more smarts ancient PoS. Gemini can be hit or miss, depending on you getting served by the “flash” or “pro”. But even Pro is… not that great.
