Issue 515 :: Haskell Weekly newsletter

The last successful newsletter email happened on February 12. Since then, I don’t think any emails have gone out. I only noticed this myself a few days ago. I haven’t figured out why this happened yet. It doesn’t appear to be related to any code changes, and it doesn’t appear to be malicious.
