[ANN] Release `vscode-haskell` 2.8.0

This post is not an issue tracker and it is quite rude to post random issues with HLS when someone is posting about the work they did for the community. If you have issues using HLS or find any bugs, you can open up an issue on github. Responses like these will simply lead to less people doing less open source work and are not constructive at all.
