HoLo-ToLk: tokenizer-free speech (STT + TTS) on the 0-parameter HSL byte substrate

Interesting approach. I like the balanced presentation of the results. The STT improvement over the mel baseline is especially interesting, and being upfront about the TTS limitations adds credibility. Looking forward to seeing how the unified model develops.
