Looking for arXiv cs.LG endorser for PsiLogic optimizer

Hello,

My name is Ali, I am a 16-year-old independent researcher. I have recently developed PsiLogic a chaos-aware active cancellation optimizer built on top of Adam.

I’ve evaluated it against AdamW and Lion using a rigorous, bias-mitigated benchmark protocol (FairBench) on an NVIDIA H100 GPU across multiple tasks (NLP, ViT, ResNet, Diffusion). PsiLogic achieved the best validation metrics in 3 out of 4 arenas, and is statistically tied in the fourth, though it currently incurs some step-time overhead.

I am trying to submit my preprint to arXiv (cs.LG - Machine Learning) but as a first-time submitter with no institutional email, I need an endorsement.
