Space flagged as abusive by Cloudflare rule — files removed, still paused and restart fails

Hello Hugging Face team,

My Space has been paused with:

What happened:

• The Space was flagged on 2026-06-17.
• It is still PAUSED.
• Restart / factory reboot still fails.
• I already removed the Cloudflare / relay / trycloudflare-related files that likely triggered the false positive.
• I pushed a clean commit: bd20692df8bd1c7ad4161bc11ceff0ad4412b6ff

This is an internal quality management app, not a proxy or tunnel service.

I already emailed Hugging Face support on 2026-06-22.

Could you please review this Space and lift the abuse flag if possible?
