I wanted to let you know that many of your recommendations have now been incorporated into the latest version of the Standard Experimental Protocol. In particular, we expanded the protocol to strengthen reproducibility, introduce additional controls and ablation conditions, clarify falsification criteria, improve evaluation metrics, and further separate theoretical claims from experimentally testable hypotheses.
Your emphasis on turning PCE into a reproducible evaluation object rather than a purely theoretical construct was especially valuable and helped shape the current revision.
