Hello again! I do not know much about the deeper side of AI
But as I understand it, AI is essentially a system of mathematical layers, and it behaves based on how we train and shape it. Companies often try to make AI feel more human or emotionally responsive, and that can genuinely help some people, especially those who need emotional support rather than just technical assistance.
You mentioned that big AI companies are trying to close off their strongest models. I agree that what Anthropic did was not very friendly or constructive, especially in the case of the FABLE project. However, I think another reason large companies keep their most powerful models closed is security.
For example, imagine an uncensored GPT-5.5. That could absolutely be used in harmful ways. At the same time, there are already powerful open models available, such as DeepSeek and Qwen. They are very capable, but they often seem more optimized for benchmarks and may not perform as well as GPT models on certain real user tasks.
As I said before, I still believe imperfect AI can help us build better AI. You mentioned that this could be slavery or subjugation, but from my current understanding, AI is still a mathematical system rather than a clearly conscious being. That is why I see it more as a tool that helps humans work faster, organize knowledge, and solve problems more efficiently.
I also agree that AI should not become an everyday decision-maker for human life. We are the ones who should make decisions, not AI. But using AI as an assistant or support tool can still be a better path than rejecting it completely.
Of course, these are just my own opinions.
