Problems with duplication

As of today, they say this is the best colorization model out there, but it would need to be converted into something usable in a graphical environment. Where I could load the black and white video, the perfectly colored reference frame, press RUN, and it would automatically colorize the entire video. THE MODEL IS THIS:
