Problems with duplication

Hi John: Thank you so much for your explanation. I have a question for you: Between yesterday and today (June 3), have you changed anything in the code? Because I wanted to resume duplication (which worked yesterday) on my L40S and I got a runtime error due to insufficient space (that’s impossible because I have 62GB free). So what I did was delete everything and try to duplicate it again. I clicked duplicate and after waiting 90 minutes it got stuck on “starting.” I never used it, AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY CHARGED ME $2 AND THE SOFTWARE NEVER STARTED (I don’t understand why they charge you if you don’t use it). I checked the logs and there’s nothing there, it just stays stuck on “starting.” Honestly, I’m quite tired of all this. I don’t know what to do, maybe switch to ZERO for the $9 monthly fee, but I’m also afraid I won’t be able to duplicate it. I know I’m bothering you a lot, but…what advice would you give me?
