NutriKen – Clinical Bioinformatics Platform for Latin America (Request for Infrastructure Support)

Hi Hugging Face Team and community,

My name is Dr. César Abrahan Manzo Carvajal , a medical doctor and Bioinformatics student. I have developed NutriKen , a clinical bioinformatics platform hosted on Hugging Face Spaces using the Docker SDK.

NutriKen integrates evidence from MSKCC, NCBI Gene, Ensembl, KEGG Pathways, and PubMed to generate clinical‑grade reports in Spanish for healthcare professionals. The platform is being adopted across Latin America to bridge the gap between genomics, nutrition, and pharmacology.

I have been invited by the Peruvian Academy of Nutrition (APENUT) to train hundreds of clinicians using NutriKen as the live training infrastructure during a 3‑day international workshop.

Because of this, I would like to request:

1. A temporary resource upgrade for the Space (CPU/GPU/tiers), or

2. An official endorsement badge/logo to feature Hugging Face as our Infrastructure Sponsor.

This project aligns strongly with Hugging Face’s mission in Open Science , HealthTech , and democratizing access to AI tools for underserved regions.
