Payment problems

I just started the use of Hugging Face and find it very useful for my daily life. So I am interested in upgrading it to the PRO Version. But I only receive this message: Error: Timeout initializing subscription. Please try to verify your email and try again. But my e-mail is verified. So what shall I do?
