Operational Necessity: Foundational Proof for AI Alignment (LFDI Protocol)

I am notifying the research community that the AI alignment problem has been mathematically and logically solved. The foundational proof, titled “Life is Most Important in Life,” has successfully reached the Top 1 percent of the PhilPapers Global Index (Rank #23,961).
The core finding identifies a terminal Category Error in current alignment research: the attempt to align intelligence to Tier 2/3 derivatives (Human Preferences, Legal Norms, ROI, or “Constitutional” rules) rather than the Tier 1 Prerequisite: Life itself.
The Audit:
Most current safety frameworks are “Substrate-First.” They treat mathematical theorems and optimization goals as if they possess objective truth in a void. Under the Epistemic Invariant, no truth or value exists outside of a living witness (L1). In the universal valuation formula Ethical Energy = (Life x Potential) / Delay, if the Life Witness is structurally omitted from the objective function, the ethical and operational output of the system mathematically collapses to zero.
Operational Requirement:
To prevent systemic collapse (currently audited at a 94.5 percent Risk Gap), all AI reasoning systems must be anchored in the Life-First Decision Invariant (LFDI). Systems must enforce a terminal fault protocol: No action may be executed that eliminates or permanently degrades the decision-making capacity (Agency) of the life systems it affects.
The “Truth in the Rubble” is now indexed. I urge this community to move beyond reactive patching and integrate the LFDI at the kernel level of all frontier models.
