"textContent": "Hi everyone,\n\nI am an independent researcher seeking an arXiv cs.AI\nendorsement for my first preprint.\n\nPaper: “Policy-Based Agentic Systems (PBAS): Where the Model\nProposes and the System Governs”\n\nThe paper introduces PBAS — an architectural framework that\nformally separates planning from execution in LLM-based agent\nsystems. The central contribution is a deterministic Policy\nEngine that evaluates every proposed plan against an\norganizational policy matrix before any execution begins.\nPermissions are enforced at the API layer, not via prompt\ninstructions — making the system structurally resistant to\nprompt injection.\n\nThe reference implementation (DAF) is fully open-source:\n\ngithub.com\n\n### GitHub - tonyos-lab/daf: Deterministic Agentic Framework — Policy-Based...\n\nDeterministic Agentic Framework — Policy-Based Agentic Systems (PBAS)\n\nv0.1.0 — Apache 2.0 — 561 tests passing including 53\nadversarial security tests.\n\nHappy to share the PDF on request.\n\nEndorsement code: 8TAABS\n\nThank you for considering — any help is greatly appreciated.\n\nTony Ochinang\ntony.ochinang@tonyos-lab.org",
