Credits/Amount reduced to 0 after billing period?

Hello, i created a HF Pro Account and paid for it - and everything works as expected (4 requests made for testing). Then I had no time, stopped my abo and came bake 5 weeks later. Now I can’t see any credit-amount in my HF account. Do I always have to use it in the same billing-period? How un-user-friendly…
