Space stuck in Paused state — 503 on restart and factory rebuild

This looks server-side rather than a repo problem. If both Restart space and Factory rebuild return 503, the app code probably is not even getting a chance to run. A normal crash should at least give build/runtime logs. I would not keep pushing empty commits. That usually only helps when the builder can actually start.
