Can i use pine cone api to use their vector db?

I was banned 2 times and got unbanned because i use 3rd party api (like gemini model) or using exe() for chatbot auto gen code. now, i am using HF’s model for text gen but i wonder do i got banned one more if i use pine cone api and e2b api? Please teach me other ways to replace there 2 things i mentioned above?
