What are the best tutorials to learn Transformers step by step?

I would recommend to read: Hands-on Large Language Models from Jay Alammar & Maarten Grootendorst. Most of the book handles transformers, and relates it with other ways to create foundation models. The explanatory graphs set it definitely apart from other books, tutorials,.. and make the subject easier to grasp.
