"textContent": "Hi all,\n\nLooking for an arXiv cs.NI (Networking and Internet Architecture) endorser to cross-post a systems paper. New Jan 2026 policy requires either an institutional email + prior arXiv paper in category, or a personal endorsement from an established cs.NI author. I have an IIT Ropar institutional email (Minor-in-AI student) but no prior arXiv paper, so I’m in endorsement-request territory.\n\nThe paper: “Zero-Cost Sovereign Computing: A 10-Node Heterogeneous Cluster Using Headscale, Cloudflare Tunnels, and Oracle Always-Free Tier” — published on Zenodo (CC BY 4.0), DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19654425. Companion repo at GitHub - Vibhav-Aggarwal/lala-net-public: Reference configuration for a 10-node heterogeneous sovereign compute cluster — companion to the 'Zero-Cost Sovereign Computing' paper · GitHub .\n\nAbout the work — a systems experience report documenting ~14 months of continuous operation of a 10-node cluster built predominantly from repurposed / secondhand hardware (IBM 2009 x3650, 2020 mining rig with a 12-GPU rotating pool, 2018 OnePlus 6 running postmarketOS, etc.). Marginal capital to assemble the cluster ≈ USD 325 against historical hardware acquisition cost ≥ USD 13,000. Recurring subscription fees ≈ USD 3.60/month. Uses self-hosted Headscale v0.28 for the mesh VPN, Cloudflare Tunnels for inbound, OCI Always-Free for the control plane, and a federation of seven MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for agentic-LLM cluster access.\n\nAbout me — independent researcher, co-founder of Lala City, founder of Herbilé. ORCID 0009-0000-7686-7119. Happy to share the full paper PDF on request.\n\nIf anyone here is a cs.NI arXiv author and is willing to consider endorsing — please reply here or DM. Thanks for reading.",
