Summarization model doesn't work

Tutorial is at least a year old so some things on Colab may have changed, like some default libraries may be newer. I believe I got the same error, at least I got other errors due to the age of the tutorial. The tutorial just needs to be checked and a few things tweaked each year. AI is changing fast and so are the libraries.
