Error using ZeroGpu: “Falling back to IP-based quotas” Even as a Pro user
Just two days ago, I logged into the site to use some Spaces, as I’ve been doing for the past two months.
I’ve already read the documentation, tried other browsers, and tried other PCs. I’ve cleared my browsing data and cookies.
Given that, it’s pretty strange… The only possible explanations I can think of are an issue with your HF account, your ISP, or a change in Hugging Face’s server-side operations…
Since it also could be an account issue, you might want to contact Hugging Face via email as well: website@huggingface.co
Related or similar to this case…? @sbrandeis @hysts
Getting "You have exceeded your Pro GPU quota" error even with credits loaded Beginners
Hi @AndyCoin11 and @John6666 ! Indeed, this is a very new feature on the Hugging Face Hub, and we’re in the process of updating the documentation to surface it. There was a brief period of time where users were prompted to buy credits, but those credits could not apply to extend ZeroGPU quota. That issue has been fixed and purchasing credits should allow you to use ZeroGPU Spaces over your included quota now. Let us know if you have any additional issues!
Edit: I don’t think it’s related, but if the issue below is connected, could there be a widespread problem with how tokens are handled…?
What happened to DeepSite 2.0 🤗Transformers
Hello, I’d like to ask about DeepSite 2.0. I have already paid for the Pro subscription, but I continue to receive an error. Please see the attached screenshot. [Screenshot_1]
