Space restart failed - infrastructure issue affecting multiple Spaces

I think it happened to many of my spaces also. However, when running to check the flagged, it shows as flagged as abusive without any specific reason (which files cause that), I emailed the hf team and they mentioned I may use VPN or sth but I did not do so.. Has anyone had an ideas to check specific reason causing the flags?
