I intended to cancel it beforehand but unfortunately missed the timing.\n\nI immediately sent an email to the support team to request a refund, as I have **not used any paid features or GPU resources** since the renewal. However, I have not received any reply or confirmation yet.\n\nI understand the team might be busy, but I would really appreciate it if someone could look into my case and help me with this accidental charge.",
