RQ4D (RomanQ4D) is a sovereign Quantum-Geometric Programming Language. It replaces heavy complex matrix math with native 4D Spacetime Rotors via Clifford Algebra $Cl(4,0)$. Built for total local autonomy, the RQ4D compiler utilizes Go-based parallel goroutine sweeps to achieve sub-millisecond Z-Axis telemetry on standard silicon.
