  "textContent": "Hello,\n\nThe last few days we had similar issues as many others here in the forums, with one of our Spaces being stuck in “Building” mode.\nWhen I looked at it ~30 minutes ago, it had moved in an error state, so I restarted it again. As it became stuck again, I hit the “Factory rebuild” button.\nNow it somehow managed to start, but only partially: the “hf.co/spaces” page is stuck in a “Starting” state with container logs being displayed, but the .hf.space domain is accessible and serves the Space.\n\nHowever, the persistent storage and all data in it seems to be gone - we had “small” persistent storage, but the Space looks as if it had been re-initialized from scratch, without any persistent storage.\n\nWhat happened and who can I contact about this?",
