Space Stuck on Building / Starting

My Space appears to build and start successfully, but the UI remains stuck on “Building” or “Starting.” It did this 3 days ago then started working normally for 2 days and now the issue is back. Both the original Space and a duplicated Space show the same behavior. Build log ends with: * Pushing image: DONE * Exporting cache: DONE Startup log shows: * Initializing… * Ready! * Running on local URL: http://0.0.0.0:7860 This is a standard Gradio Space, not a Docker Space.
