We are building infrastructure that enables secure, sovereign AI deployment.\n\n## **Who I’m Looking For**\n\nA technical founder who wants to build from zero.\n\nSomeone comfortable designing systems, not just features.\n\nCore skills:\n\n  * Python (FastAPI, async)\n\n  * Docker / docker-compose\n\n  * Kubernetes (k0s or similar)\n\n  * PostgreSQL\n\n  * Deploying open-source LLMs (vLLM, Ollama, or similar)\n\n\n\n\nBonus:\n\n  * OPA / Rego\n\n  * PostgreSQL RLS\n\n  * OpenTelemetry\n\n  * Experience with regulated or secure environments\n\n\n\n\n## **Role**\n\n  * CTO / Technical Co-Founder\n\n  * 10% equity\n\n  * Equity only (founding stage)\n\n  * Remote — EU timezone required (data sovereignty)\n\n\n\n\n## **Why This Exists**\n\nRegulated industries need AI.
