I had a similar issue once. In my case the payment went through but the Pro didn’t activate immediately. Sometimes it’s just a delay on their side or a payment verification step.

I’d check if the charge is maybe still a pending authorization. If it’s a real charge and Pro is still not active, then support has to fix it manually. Since you already opened tickets, that’s the right move – they usually respond within a couple of days.

For urgent stuff (like your school project), I’d also try logging out/in or checking if the subscription shows up in billing, but most likely you’ll need to wait for support to activate it or refund.
