Comics Factory-Not Working in India

Can anyone provide accurate information about why the Comics Factory section of Hugging Face is not working in India?

For the past several months, it keeps getting stuck on processing and does not produce any result. There is also no clear information available on the internet about this issue. Thanks-Usman Khan
