Does Argila persistance storage in piad /pro huggingface face?

Does Argila persistance storage in piad /pro huggingface face? i have simple fast api runing on huggingface spaces . which store user releated data(images and user json action activity) i found that normal spaces have not persistance storage but in argila. now when i select argila template . it still not show . does this mean this option in paid huggingface plan ? im folliwing this video guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vixLNprbZCw
