  "textContent": "Hi Hugging Face team,\nI’m having an issue with my Pro subscription.\n\n  * Username: **Ayselmalikova**\n\n  * Payment: **completed/posted** on my bank side on **15 Feb 2026, 14:07 (UTC+04:00 / Asia/Baku)**\n\n  * Merchant: **HUGGINGFACE**\n\n  * My account is still **not Pro** , and **Settings → Billing** shows **no payment/invoice**.\n\n\n\n\nI already contacted support and have an open ticket: **#30049**.\nCould someone please help route this to the billing team or advise what else I should do?\n\nThank you!",
