You ever think just cause someone can make a meme character, they should?

I've seen a lot of meme mods for characters pop up more often than not. I've even played a few and they're ones I'd say is good for a few laughs but not one I'd go back to. Then a question popped in my mind, "Just cause someone can make a meme character, should They?" I wish I could mod or have money but I really can't. And I'm starved for a non meme character mod that runs on 2.2.13 or even 2.2.14. So the question is, should they?
