In SRB2 when i play it on computer

It always seems to go to the bottom right corrner of the screan but i cant fix it. the game runs fine it just always goes to the bottom right. but then again i get the game from the website and yeah also i cant give picutres becasue i have no idea how to take picutres on a comupter
