quick question about what im allowed to do with eggpack or smth

ok so im trying to make a final escape level and i need a eggman character, eggpack obviously, but its ask to use (i should prolly just ask), am i allowed to just say go download eggpack or is that not allowed, it probably is fine to do that but i just wanna make sure just incase
