Since my days of NTOPP modding are still going (although slowly), I wanted to rewrite a mod I made in NTOPP! (With my own code this time), And I've wanted to do something like this again. Introducing, Black Peppino! yeah, that is his name.

He currently has 4 moves! With some bugs too, that I need to fix. But other than that, he's decent!
