About mods...

Some, or well, MOST of the mods I have downloaded are messed up and say that they were loaded "with warnings". I only now thought about doing this because Surge had that problem. Is there any reason as to why this is happening? (Had to do it with this because I forgot to take a picture on Surge, but I did not load right)
