Is there anyone who would help me make a Mephiles the dark caracter mod?

I dont know coding yet so i need someone who can help me make this mod I am currenty working on the sprites and i have made a good moveset for him but i need someone who can code the moveset in and put in the sprites also i might need a little help with the sprites cuz i am not good with them and im planning to make this mod public at the end
