Xpanded Modern Sonic

A WIP add-on, sub-mod, lock-on technology, patch, tweak, whatever you wanna call it mod for Modern Sonic V5.12 that im working on. W.I.P css art by me! How is it not done you may ask? well my friend Tlels is editing it to have anti-aliasing so that's why.
