The server is not visible on the master server, but it appears in the list with the IPv6 address.

My device is connected, my router is on the correct port, and my IPv4 address is configured, but for some reason, the game is forcing my IPv6 address on the server, and it keeps getting unlisted. I don't know what to do; I've followed several tutorials and different steps. I don't know how to solve it; if anyone can guide or advise me, I would be eternally grateful :(
