Michigan Weather: Heavy rain, severe storm threat targets large area on Wednesday

Wednesday afternoon and evening. Some thunderstorms in southern Michigan could be locally severe with damaging wind or large hail. A tornado can't be ruled out in southern Michigan, the National Weather Service says.
