Michigan Weather: Severe storms Thursday could bring large hail, embedded tornadoes

A dangerous severe weather outbreak is expected to strike Michigan late this evening through early Friday morning, with the National Weather Service placing much of the state under an Enhanced Risk for severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds up to 75 mph, large hail, tornadoes, and torrential rainfall.
