The National Weather Service issued a freeze watch at 1:36 p.m. EDT on Thursday valid for Saturday between midnight EDT and 9 a.m. EDT for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Antrim, Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Wexford, Missaukee, Roscommon, Ogemaw, Iosco and Charlevoix counties.
