Lions pick up Jahmyr Gibbs’ fifth-year option, hope for long-term deal with LB

Dan Miller of Fox 2 reports the Lions are picking up the fifth-year option for Gibbs, but not for Campbell, while looking to work out a long-term deal with the linebacker.
