23 Michigan counties placed under a dense fog advisory until Friday midday – visibility limited to 1/4 mile

A dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Friday at 2:12 a.m. EDT in effect until 11 a.m. EDT for Mason, Lake, Osceola, Clare, Oceana, Newaygo, Mecosta, Isabella, Muskegon, Montcalm, Gratiot, Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Clinton, Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun and Jackson counties.
