Sterling Heights, Warren team up on $1.3M push to grow defense corridor

Sterling Heights and Warren officials have approved a $1.3 million, three-year contract with engineering and consulting firm AECOM to help lead the “Arsenal Alliance,” a joint economic development initiative focused on growing the defense sector.
