Flint mayor, council member say they’re working on long-term water funding plan

Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley and Councilwoman Judy Priestley say they’re about to start work on a long-term funding plan for Flint’s water system in the face of consistent rate increases from the Great Lakes Water Authority.
