A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Wednesday at 6:17 p.m. EDT for freezing drizzle until 8:30 p.m. EDT for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Leelanau, Antrim, Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Manistee, Wexford, Missaukee, Roscommon, Ogemaw, Iosco, Gladwin, Arenac, Chippewa, Mackinac and Charlevoix counties.
