A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Friday at 11:30 a.m. EST for snow until 5:30 p.m. EST for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Antrim, Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona and Charlevoix counties.
