Weather alert for fog in 13 Michigan counties until Sunday morning

A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Sunday at 5:42 a.m. EST for fog until 8:45 a.m. EST for Midland, Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland and Macomb counties.
