Police body cam footage shows Ann Arbor man falsely identified, detained at Target store

The footage obtained by MLive/The Ann Arbor News shows what played out when Ann Arbor resident Blair Shelton, featured in a documentary about a sweeping search for a serial rapist, was falsely identified as an assault suspect.
